My Procedures


Each procurement procedure (whether from the "Information Service" or "All" tab) can be added to your procedures. Procurement procedures in which you have taken any action, such as submitting a request for an explanation of the procurement documents, a tender, or an objection are automatically added to the "My Procedures" folder.

Adding a procurement procedure to the "My Procedures" tab is available under the "three dots" icon next to the specific procurement procedure, under the option "Add to My Procedures".

We recommend adding only those procurement procedures to your procedures that you are genuinely interested in. In case you assign a particular procurement procedure to your procedures, you will receive notifications for each publication immediately, in contrast to the information service notification, which is delivered once a day. The image below provides an example of such a notification.
