Electronic Operations
The NEN system records all user actions, activities performed by the NEN system, and electronic operations carried out in a procurement process. These records are used for control and traceability of actions. Records are created immediately after the execution of an electronic operation, user action, or tool activity.
You will view these records using the tiles shown in the image below.

A user action is understood as any activity of the NEN system initiated by a NEN System User, which results in the creation, display, import, export, modification, deletion of data, and retrieval or display of a data list.
A tool activity is understood as any activity of the NEN system that is not directly initiated by a NEN System User (i.e., triggered by the NEN system), and results in the creation, import, export, modification, deletion of data, and retrieval or display of a data list.
Printing or exporting to CSV or XLSX file format can be performed on all forms.

The consequence of performing a user action or tool activity may be the execution of electronic operations, which include:
operations performed by economic operators towards contracting authorities and by contracting authorities towards economic operators when awarding public contracts via the NEN system,
operations of an acting person performed in a procurement procedure via the NEN system, or
operations performed by the NEN system within the awarding of public contracts via the NEN system.
