Communication

This option always provides the possibility to communicate with the contracting authority and set contact information for a particular procurement procedure. Notices and invitations are displayed here only if the contracting authority has sent this type of message to you.

You can also access these forms using tiles. After clicking on them, simply enter, for example, the system number of the procurement procedure into the filter, and then the same form will be displayed to you.

Below are the tiles that will open the desired form.

Communication with the contracting authority

After selecting the "Communication with the contracting authority" option, you will see a complete overview of messages related to the specific procurement procedure, where you can also create a new message.

Notices

The "Notice" form will be displayed only if you have received a notice from the contracting authority (e.g., notice of the selection of the economic operator, notice of the admission of the economic operator to the DPS, etc.). You can also find all notices in the "Activities in My Procedures" tab - the "All" folder.

Received invitations

The "Received invitations" form will be displayed only if you have received an invitation from the contracting authority (e.g., invitation to tender, request for an explanation/ supplementing of data, documents, samples or models, etc.). You can also find all invitations in the "Activities in My Procedures" tab - the "Invitations" folder.

Contact information for a procurement procedure

The "Contact details for the procurement procedure" form is used to insert a contact person for a specific procurement procedure.

Please note that if you create a contact person for a specific procurement procedure, only this person will receive notifications related to the procurement procedure
