Internal Notifications Settings
Each NEN System User has the option to customize the settings for internal notifications.
In the communication form, click on "Settings", and then select "Internal notifications". The "Internal notifications settings" form will appear.

If you provide more detailed specifications for internal notifications (e.g., if you only want to receive notifications related to your procurement procedures), these notifications will be shown in the "Inbox" folder, and all others will be found in the "Unclassified" folder.
In the left top toolbar, click on "New" and fill in the notification title. The NEN system will automatically set the checkbox "I want to be notified across all available procurement procedures" to a "tick". You can edit the pre-set option.
The NEN system allows setting up only 1 internal notification.

Provide the detailed specification of internal notifications, the NEN system will automatically set all checkboxes to a "tick".

If you change any checkbox to a "cross", you can customize notifications in detail.

After making the adjustments, click the "Save" button. This completes the internal notifications settings, and notifications will be delivered to your internal mailbox according to your settings.
