Submit a Non-Participation Notice
If you have received an invitation to tender and you are not interested in participating in the procurement procedure, you can use this feature.
On the detail of a procurement procedure, click on the "Submit a non-participation notice" button located under the option "Economic operator’s actions".
You can also submit a non-participation notice through the "Submit a Non-Participation Notice" tile. Subsequently, the NEN system will provide you with a list of procurement procedures, where you can search for a specific procurement procedure using filters.
The "Submission of a non-participation notice" form is displayed. On this form, it is necessary to fill in the required field "Justification for non-participation" (highlighted in yellow).
You can submit the non-participation notice by the "Send" or "Sign and send" button. With the latter option, the NEN system will prompt you to insert the signature certificate. In this case, it is necessary to have the signature add-ons (for download here).
After sending, the send date will appear of the left side.
