Creating a New Common Message (Unencrypted)


The creation of a new message is possible from several locations in the NEN system. The form for preparing and sending a message is always the same.

You can create a message in the following locations:

  1. Click on the "New message" button in the top grey toolbar and select the option "Common".

If you are creating a new message in a particular procurement procedure, the message is automatically assigned to the procurement procedure. If you are creating a new message in the internal mailbox, we recommend linking it with a procurement procedure. In such a case, the NEN system will automatically fill in the "To" field.

  1. Fill in all required fields and, if necessary, upload attachments.

  2. After filling in the required fields and addressee, buttons for sending will appear in the form. The message can be sent through the button "Send" or "Sign and send", where the NEN system will prompt you to insert a signature certificate upon pressing it. In this case, it is necessary to have the signing add-ons installed (available for download here).
