Requests and Changes
These requests are subject to review by the NEN System Operator and are subsequently approved or rejected.
All requests can be found in the top toolbar, the submission process is identical.

The NEN system does not allow to modify the organization ID number (IČO) because it would refer to a new entity. If you need to change your organization ID number, new registration is necessary.
Change official name
If you need to change the official name of the organization, select the option "Change official name" and subsequently fill in the new official name and send.

Request to remove/ assign external administrator permissions
In case you are requesting the assignment of external administrator permissions, it is necessary to attach the document "Čestné prohlášení externího administrátora". This document is available as part of the operational documentation - files for download.

Request to cancel registration
If you are requesting the cancellation of registration, the NEN system will display a prompt asking if you really want to submit the request to cancel registration.

After submission, a confirmation will be shown.

After approval of the request by the NEN System Operator, you will receive a notification of registration cancellation. If you attempt to log in to the NEN system afterwards, you will encounter a notification stating "Account is not active" after entering your login credentials.
