Request Access to Tender Data
This action is displayed only in the case if the deadline for submitting tenders has already expired and e-auction is not part of the evaluation. The provided document is anonymized, and it only contains values for numerically expressible evaluation criteria.
On the detail of a procurement procedure, click on the "Request access to tender data" button located under the option "Economic operator’s actions".
You can also request access to tender data through the "Request Access to Tender Data" tile. Subsequently, the NEN system will provide you with a list of procurement procedures, where you can search for a specific procurement procedure using filters. You will also find the "Overview of requests" on this form. This form is solely for reviewing and checking your submitted requests, it is not possible to create or submit new requests from it.
The "Request access to tender data" form is displayed. The sections "Message header" and "Message text" are already pre-filled in this form (you can modify the texts).
In the "Attachments" section, you can upload document/s.
You can submit the request for access to tender data by the "Send" or "Sign and send" button. With the latter option, the NEN system will prompt you to insert the signature certificate. In this case, it is necessary to have the signature add-ons (for download here).
After sending the request, the send date will be recorded on the form and you will see a green message stating "The message has been successfully delivered".

Provision of tender data by the contracting authority
After the request for access to tender data has been processed by the contracting authority, you will find the provided tender data in the internal message. The subject of the notification will be "Provision of tender data" ("Poskytnutí údajů z nabídek").
