Training demand

The benefit of this change request is to add a "Training Demand" button to the public portal of the NEN system which will lead to a page containing information about how to request training beyond the standard offerings.

On the public portal of the NEN system, within the "Training Offers" and "Courses ZZVZ" tabs, the "Training Demand" button will be displayed.

After clicking the "Training Demand" button, the following page will be displayed.

Information published in the NEN system

The benefit of this change request is to simplify navigation of information on the public portal of the NEN system by adding hyperlinks.

All text-only links will become interactive.

Contracting authority profiles

On the "Basic Information" tab on a contracting authority’s profile, this will be applied on three sections:

In the "Basic Information" section:
- link to the official website (www),
- profile of the contracting authority outside the NEN system,
- archival profile of the contracting authority,
- profile of the contracting authority hosted in the NEN system,
- multiprofile address.
In the "List of the Contracting Authority's E-Marketplaces" section:
- links to the various e-marketplaces used by the contracting authority.
In the "Information on Inactive Profiles of the Contracting Authority":
- links to inactive profiles.

Register of contracting authorities/ economic operators

On the “Basic Information about the Entity” tab, this will be applied to one section:

In the "Basic Information" section:
- link to the official website (www).

Public procurements

On the “Public Procurements” tab, after clicking the "Detail" → "Result" buttons for a specific contract, this will be applied to two sections:

In the "Economic Operator with whom the Contract Has Been Concluded" section after clicking the "Detail" button:
- link to web addresses where the contract is hosted in the Contract Register (if published), as found in the record’s detail view.

In the "Amendments to the Contract/Agreement" section:
- link to the contract amendment in the Contract Register, displayed directly on the amendment record.

Links to files

An interactive link will be added when the user clicks the "Detail"button for each file.

Documents and procurement documentation on a single tab

The benefit of this change request is to make the search for published documents on the public portal of the NEN system well arranged.

On the public portal of the NEN system, the visibility rules on the "Documents" tab will be updated in the section:

"Procurement Documentation":

published explanations of the procurement documents will also be included.

"Other Documents":

all other published documents will be included here, except those already listed under the section of procurement documentation.

All other occurrences of published documents in the system will remain unchanged.

For improved navigation, the list will be sorted first by document type and then by file name.
