Addition of organisation ID number and contracting authority's name to the list of completed submissions

The benefit of this change request is to simplify the search for a submission by allowing economic operators to filter by the contracting authority’s name or organisation ID number in the list of completed submissions.

Economic operators will have the option to click the "Completed Submissions" button and search for a procurement procedure using the "Contracting Authority's Name" or "Contracting Authority's Organisation ID Number" columns.

Assignment/ removal of roles by the NEN System User for economic operators

The benefit of this change request is to add information about the NEN System User who assigned or removed a role within the advanced permission settings.

The "Advanced Permission Settings" form will include two new fields: "Permission Revoked by User" and "Permission Granted by User." These fields will display the username of the NEN System User who performed the action of removing or assigning an existing permission.

Unification of operations – invitations, additional operations, and notices for economic operators

The benefit of this change request is to unify all forms enabling communication between the contracting authority and the economic operator. All relevant forms will now be presented as "standard" messages, similar to those found in the communication section.

Economic operators will now see all invitations/requests and other messages grouped together within their communication with the contracting authority. This change aims to eliminate difficulties in locating messages and their attachments.

Economic operators will be able to create all requests/objections and other messages within their communication with the contracting authority via messages by selecting the appropriate option in the "Message Type" field. Additionally, it will still be possible to send messages using the separate action buttons that NEN System Users have been accustomed to.

All communication can now be handled via the "Communication" form. When creating a new message, the economic operator will first select the procurement procedure to which the message relates and then choose the message type.
