Economic Operator 10. 10. 2025
Adjustment of notifications for cancelled and completed procedures/actions under the economic operator
The benefit of this change request is to remove notifications that are not relevant for the economic operator, together with the related display of deadlines.
On the “Current Time Limits” tab, deadlines for the procurement procedures that have been cancelled will no longer be displayed. Such deadlines can be viewed by the economic operator using the “Show all records” option, where the “Expired Time Limits” tab will be renamed to “Expired Time Limits/Expired Time Limits for Cancelled Procurement Procedure”. A new column, “Current Status of the Procurement Procedure”, will be added to the list, enabling the economic operator to identify procedures that have been cancelled.
Likewise, deadlines for which it will be stated that they will not be renewed will not be displayed on the “Current Time Limits” tab, even if, after the cancellation of the procurement procedure, they would not yet have expired. This is because the NEN system may not calculate them correctly, given that the date for resuming the countdown cannot be determined. These deadlines will instead be visible on the “Expired Time Limits/Expired Time Limits for Cancelled Procurement Procedure” tab.

The notification system for the economic operator will be adjusted so that it does not send notifications concerning procurement procedures that are no longer relevant due to their cancellation/ completion, or concerning deadlines for actions that have already been settled or are irrelevant in the given phase of the procurement procedure.
Increasing the file upload limit and enabling extensions under the economic operator
The benefit of this change request is increasing the upload limit for files in cases where the NEN system user uploads large files, as well as enabling all upload file extensions except for those that will be explicitly prohibited.
A NEN system user will be able to upload a single file of up to 2 GB. The total size of files uploaded in this way will be limited to 2 GB; for example, it will be possible to upload 2 × 1 GB, 4 × 500 MB, or 1 × 2 GB, etc.
Among the prohibited file extensions that the NEN system will not allow to be uploaded are the following: .exe, .bat, .cmd, .vbs, .js, .scr, .com, .pif.
