Credentials Handover

The NEN System Operator will contact the applicant in case of any deficiencies or ambiguities during the request processing.

Once the request is approved by the NEN System Operator, the applicant’s IS will be granted access to the test version of the NEN system. The applicant will also receive the following details:

• access to the technical documentation in the form of Swagger,

• the IS identifier under which it will be registered in the NEN system,

• credentials for accessing the user interface of the test version of the NEN system to verify submitted data,

• credentials for subscribing to messages from the message broker.

If the applicant’s entity is not registered in the reference (test) environment of the NEN system, the NEN System Operator will automatically create and provide access to the applicant based on the organization's details in the production environment of the NEN system. These credentials are used for the development and testing of the integration between the contracting authority's IS and the NEN system. Multiple test entities can be created upon request in the CSD NIPEZ.
