Registration Form
If you are registering an entity into the NEN system, it is necessary to fill in and sign the document "Registration Form" with a valid guaranteed electronic signature based on a qualified certificate for electronic signatures or a qualified electronic signature.
Foreign entities that do not have the capability to sign the document with this electronic signature must provide a reason.
The registration form can be downloaded below or you can find it in the Registration section under Files for download.
The Registration form has three versions. The version depends on the setting in the "Country" section and selection of language in the public portal of the NEN system between CZ/EN.
Registering entities with the registered office in the Czech Republic, please fill in the Registrační formulář pro české subjekty.
Registering entities with the registered office abroad (application for registration performed in the Czech language), please fill in the Registration Form for Foreign Entities.
Registering entities with the registered office abroad (application for registration performed in the English language), please fill in the Registration Form for Foreign Entities.
After completing the Registration Form, you can proceed directly to filling out the application for registration.
