8. Suggestions


8.1. Suggestion against NEN system functionality

8.1.1 Any person is entitled to submit a suggestion to the NEN System Operator if a technical circumstance on the NEN System Operator's side prevents them from using the NEN system properly (hereinafter referred to as a "suggester").

8.2. Suggestion essentials

8.2.1 A suggester shall provide the following identification details in the suggestion:

  • the name under which they are registered in the NEN system (in the case of an unregistered entity, they should provide the trade name/ business name/ name and surname, addendum to the official name of the economic operator – addendum to the trade name/ business name/ name and surname of the economic operator, if used);

  • registered office, place of business, or residence;

  • identification number (IČO);

  • contact information (email and telephone number).

8.2.2 A suggestion must also include:

  • detailed description of the technical circumstances preventing the proper use of the NEN system;

  • the suggester's requests.

8.3. Procedure for submitting a suggestion

8.3.1 A suggester submits a suggestion via the NEN system or the data box of the NEN System Operator, ID: 28xgm7e.

8.3.2 In cases where it is not possible to submit a suggestion via the NEN system (e.g., due to technical outage of the NEN system) or the data box, the suggestion can be submitted to the NEN System Operator's email address. Such a suggestion must be accompanied by a qualified electronic signature or a guaranteed electronic signature.

8.3.3 Submission made in any other form or manner cannot be considered a suggestion submitted in accordance with the NEN System Operating Rules, and the NEN System Operator is not obliged to address it.

8.4. Suggestion resolution

8.4.1 The NEN System Operator is obliged to keep a record of received suggestions (who submitted the suggestion and when) and the methods of their processing.

8.4.2 The NEN System Operator is obliged to investigate the submitted suggestion and inform the suggester of the results no later than within 15 days. In case of identifying deficiencies, the NEN System Operator is obliged to take measures to remedy the situation. If the NEN System Operator forwards the suggestion to the NEN System Administrator, the suggester shall be informed of this fact, and the time period for the processing of the suggestion is interrupted.
