Rules for updating data in the NEN system

Specification of data synchronized with ROS

1. The NEN system is connected to the Basic Register of Legal and Natural Persons (i.e., Registr osob, hereinafter referred to as the "ROS").

2. The below-mentioned data is synchronized from ROS to the NEN system for each entity:

   • legal form;

   • name;

   • municipality, part of municipality;

   • street;

   • descriptive number, orientation number;

   • postal code.

3. If the information of an entity is not recorded in ROS, it will not be synchronized to the NEN system.

4. The above-mentioned data applies to contracting authorities, economic operators, and joint procurement.
