Electronic Auction
This feature is used to submit and improve auction values in the electronic auction room. The electronic auction (e-auction) takes place in a virtual auction room, where economic operators enhance their bids, and the contracting authority monitors the development of participant rankings and bid values submitted for individual evaluation criteria.
Registration for the e-auction can be completed from several locations in the NEN system. The subsequent form will be identical.
1. Main screen - tab "Procurement Procedures"
In the white field labeled "Search for a public contract" on the "All" or "My Procedures" folder, enter the NEN system number or the name of the public contract. Upon pressing the Enter key, procurement procedures that match the information you entered will appear. Through the "three dots" quick option, you can "Enter the auction room".
After clicking the "Enter the auction room" button, the e-auction form will be automatically displayed.
2. Tile "List of E-auctions"
You can search/ add the "List of E-auctions" tile using the search bar "What would you like to do?" or the "plus" icon. After clicking on this tile, the "E-auction" form will be displayed. You can search for a specific e-auction using filters.
Through the "three dots" quick option, you can "Enter the auction room".
After pressing the "Enter the auction room" button, an informative notification stating "Registration has been completed" will appear. Upon closing it, the e-auction form will open.
3. Tab "Activities in My Procedures" - invitation to participate in the e-auction
If the specification of the e-auction is completed, the contracting authority will send you an "Invitation to participate in the e-auction". On the main screen, in the "Activities in My Procedures" tab, under the "Invitations" folder, click on the "i" icon next to the respective e-auction invitation to view the invitation details.
Next to the name of the procurement procedure, click on the "i" icon to open information about the procurement procedure. Then, select "Economic operator’s actions" → "E-auction" → "Enter the auction room".
